What if I have Vendor Forms / Security Questionnaires? 

  • Create an internal support ticket for the AR team. They have a system where they upload it to Tugboat, it automates answers that have already been answered, then any that have not previously been answered have to be filled out by a human. 



What if they Need Our Security Policies? 

  • Create a ticket or activity for Kate Dobson on internal support and she can send them our InfoSec Policies, SOC2 Type 2 Auditor Assurance Document, and Attestation Report. 


What if they ask for a Full SOC2 Report?
  • The full report should NEVER be offered. 

  • Create a ticket or activity for Kate Dobson to manage this request. The full SOC2 Report will only be sent with approval from General Counsel.  


What if they ask for a VAPT (Vulnerability and Penetration Testing) Report?
  • Customer must meet criteria of 100 Million in revenue.
  • Create a ticket or activity for Kate Dobson to manage this request. VAPT Report will only be sent with NDA in place and approval from General Counsel.
