The purpose of the Incentive is to set forth the terms and conditions under which Syncfusion will pay commissions and bonuses to an Kenya Super Pod Lead . To be eligible for commissions or bonuses, you must be actively employed You will not be eligible for an incentive Sales during any period during which you are on unpaid leave or not employed by Syncfusion.
Transaction Goal= Your goal amount of transactions per month for all of your pds. This is set at the beginning of the month and can change each month
Actual Transactions = this is the actual amount of transactions sold by you and your pods in a given month
Pool = 75,000 KES
Formula = Actual Transaction Count/Transaction Goal *75,000 KES

Other
This Plan supersedes any previously issued commission plans, policies, or agreements and shall continue in effect until superseded or terminated by Syncfusion. Syncfusion may terminate this Plan with or without notice or cause.
