Admin Compensation Plan (Kenya Team)
1. Overview
This plan provides performance-based compensation for the Admin roles , directly tied to the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) generated by the overall team.
All payouts are made in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are calculated based on full $1,000 USD increments of verified MRR achieved during the month.
2. Compensation Structure

3. Calculation Rules
- Only full $1,000 USD increments of MRR are eligible for payout.
- Any remaining partial MRR amounts below $1,000 are not carried forward or credited toward the next month.
- MRR is based on closed, active, and paid customer subscriptions.
- Questionable or disputed deals (including those under review for cancellation, refund, non-payment, or fraud) are excluded from payout eligibility until verified and approved by Finance and Management.
- Calculations are finalized only after Finance reconciliation and management approval.
4. Payment Terms
- Payouts will be made within 30 days after month-end reconciliation.
- The applicable exchange rate shall be fixed by the Finance Department at the start of each month.
- Adjustments due to cancellations, chargebacks, or non-payment may reduce or eliminate that month’s payout.
5. Legal Clauses
a. Discretion and Right to Cancel
Syncfusion reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this plan at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason. Participation in this plan does not create any vested right to continued payment or future participation.
b. Exclusion of Questionable Transactions
Any deal determined by Finance or Management to be questionable, fraudulent, non-compliant, or inconsistent with company policy shall be excluded from the payout calculation, whether identified before or after payment. Management’s determination shall be final and binding.
c. No Guarantee of Future Payments
This plan is discretionary and does not constitute a promise or guarantee of payment, income, or continued employment.
d. Interpretation and Final Authority
All determinations regarding eligibility, calculation, and interpretation shall be made solely by Syncfusion Management, whose decisions are final and binding.
e. Employment Relationship
This plan does not alter the nature of the employee’s relationship with the company and shall not be construed as an employment contract or a guarantee of hours, duties, or ongoing engagement.
f. Governing Law and Compliance
All payments under this plan are subject to Kenyan tax laws and statutory deductions. This plan shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kenya.
